Conversations on “Avoiding Boredom and Meaningless Webinars By Showing Passion and Empathy”

Wed, Mar 31, 2021 at 11AM - 11:45AM Pacific / 2PM - 2:45PM Eastern

Many who are rushing to be experts on the technical side of webinars and virtual presentations “kill” their learners through boredom and meaningless ideas. Sadly, a key reason is that we tend to focus on technologies and delivery of content, making us forget that our learners expect to be inspired and wowed by the facilitator or presenter.

In our conversation, we will discuss:

  • How passion and empathy supersede content and techniques of delivery
  • How to discover the strengths of passion and empathy based on your ideas and experience
  • How to discover the art and devotion to your passion and capacity for empathy

We will also discuss a framework on Discovery of Passion and Empathy

Please share your continuous learning methods and examples, make comments in the Pre-Session Activity, and submit questions in advance so we can all dig deeper in our discussion.

I look forward to having you in our conversation.
