Details
Wed, Mar 10, 2021 at 11AM - 11:45AM Pacific / 2PM - 2:45PM Eastern
Different learners have different levels of understanding – from fundamental modules for newbies to the advanced microlearning for experienced users.
How do you achieve a combination of wonderful training and continuous learning to meet these diverse learners’ needs? What is an efficient and effective development approach to design, reuse, and deliver training and reference materials across user communities?
In this session, we are very pleased to be joined by Cleon McClure, eLearning Developer / Communications Specialist from the healthcare company BD (https://www.bd.com/en-us). Together with Cleon, we will share with ideas, methods and tools that allow workers to keep on learning while on the job to support continuous learning. We are also excited to share personal experiences and answer your advance questions.
Please share your continuous learning methods and examples, make comments in the Pre-Session Activity, and submit questions in advance so we can all dig deeper in our discussion.
I look forward to having you in our conversation.
